All Rider Buses have curb level entry and are equipped to accommodate wheel chairs and other mobility devices. Priority Seating is available for persons with disabilities as well as senior citizens. Those unable to navigate the fixed route system may qualify for the Complementary Paratransit System door to door service. Call 704.920.2246.

Rider will be closed and will not run service on Thursday, November 24th for Thanksgiving. We will resume regular bus service on Friday, November 25th. The customer service desk will be closed Friday, November 25th; however, the building at the Transit Center will be open and passengers will have access to restrooms, schedules and vending machines. We wish all of our passengers a very Happy Thanksgiving!
