All Rider Buses have curb level entry and are equipped to accommodate wheel chairs and other mobility devices. Priority Seating is available for persons with disabilities as well as senior citizens. Those unable to navigate the fixed route system may qualify for the Complementary Paratransit System door to door service. Call 704.920.2246.

Mondays 8:00am-4:30pm
Tuesdays-Fridays 7:30am-7:30pm
Saturdays 8:30am-5:30pm
The customer service desk will be open the above hours (except from 12:30pm-1:30pm each day for lunch).
